99.9~Keijisenmon Bengoshi~ sII [ENG soft subs]

Hello!

It's me again. So. I made a promise to myself that if there was ever a continuation to 99.9, I would definitely sub it. Now, when I made that promise, I assumed we wouldn't get anything more than an SP episode, but then they announced an entire season 2! Imagine my surprise.

And season 2 has now started.

For season 1, I had quite a steady schedule in terms of releases. Unfortunately this year, my schedule is very different. I am warning you in advance - I am going to be very slow with releases. If you are impatient and want subs ASAP, please check out the various livejournal communities. I know for a fact that one community has already released episode 1.

RULES: ...None. My name doesn't even appear on the subs. If you are going to re-translate or hardsub though, just give me a heads up ^_^.

I would also like to credit Goshiki no Fansub for helping me time all the episodes. Hopefully with their help, and now that episode one is released, I will be able to release the subsequent episodes a bit faster.

UPDATES(09/13): Episode 9 has been released!

NOTE: The videos I am using are timed following the videos uploaded by chesutosakurai@LJ and also work with the DoA's 720p videos found @ nyaa torrents

You will need to adjust them slightly to work with the videos found at plotboxes@LJ and the 848x480 videos found at nyaa torrents but the timing should not be too out of place.

As usual - feedback for these subtitles is appreciated. They are made entirely by me, which means there are probably a billion and one mistakes in them. I try my best to edit everything as well as I can, but things still end up slipping through the crack.

Also, for this season, I will be making separate posts to include all the Easter eggs that appear in the episodes instead of putting a bunch of T/N's in the subtitles themselves. My reason for this is that there are so many references and jokes in the episodes now, if I explained everything half your screen would be filled with text. So, please look forward to those as well :).

99.9~Keijisenmon Bengoshi~ sII [Episode 7 Extra Notes]

Hi. Sorry. I thought I uploaded episode 7 a long time ago, but apparently I didn't. Episode 8 is currently being timed, and episode 9 is being translated at the pace of a snail (all my fault), but it will come eventually!

Unfortunately, there is a reason I'm taking so long with these subs and due to this, my extras post may be a bit smaller than usual for the last two episodes despite both of them being extended.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine

EDIT: B99 WAS UNCANCELLED YA'LL :DDDDD (but keeping this post anyway cuz my love letter to this show still stands)

Alright. So. If you follow this show or American TV in general, you might have heard that Brooklyn Nine-Nine is cancelled.

I. Am. Devastated.

99.9~Keijisenmon Bengoshi~ sII [Episode 6 Extra Notes]

And we are back with episode 6! Episode 7 is also on it's way and I am still in the process of translating episode 8, so, steady progress guys. Steady progress. I hope everyone is still enjoying the drama and I have a bunch of translation notes for this episode this time around so stick around if you found some of Miyama's jokes really confusing.

99.9~Keijisenmon Bengoshi~ sII [Episode 5 Extra Notes]

Episode 5 released! Episode 6 is being timed and I'm also steadily working on episode 7. I know I'm taking a long time with these and I apologize, but I thank everyone for their patience! And now, without further ado - some extra info about episode 5!

99.9~Keijisenmon Bengoshi~ sII [Episode 4 Extra Notes]

Hello. I'm back from school hell with episode 4! Here are some extra notes for the episode.

99.9 s2 subs update

Hi. I'm sorry I was supposed to upload episode 4 today, but I'm really swamped with school work and will continue to be swamped for the next two weeks. I swear I will try to upload it by the end of this week though and I apologize for the delay.

As for episode 5 and beyond, unfortunately I cannot give details on when I will be releasing those, but it will probably be a while from now (although episode 5 has been fully translated).

Especially since episode 6, 8 and 9 are all extended, and episode 9 is extended for almost TWO HOURS. The extra 15-20min really makes the translating process a lot longer and the cases are actually becoming much more complicated and intricate.

Anyway, this post was just to give a quick update so that people don't think I've abandoned this project. I haven't! I'm just working at the pace of a sloth.

Again, apologies! T-T
